This used to be my favorite location here in Beaumont but lately i don’t know if they employees are new or what but my ice coffee has been tasting disgusting 🤮 I ordered a cappuccinos blast and it basically tasted like it was just milk mixed with caramel 😒 so disappointed because they used to make it so good and not anymore! Definitely Not coming Back Anymore
We got a coffee and snackin' bacon, when I got home I realized it was burnt black. I called shortly after and asked if I could come through to get a replacement. First they told me because I left the store they couldn't do anything. So make sure you always check your food BEFORE leaving this establishment. Then they asked if I had ny receipt, which they did NOT give me. Finally they said if I brought the bacon back they could replace it.
