I’m writing to express my disappointment with the service we received during our visit on 7/5/25. We arrived at 8:35 PM, only to find that the lobby was already closed. When we inquired, we were told that the lobby can close at any time. This was surprising as we were not informed of any specific closing time or policy that would have affected our visit.
Stopped and got 2 donuts. They tasted like they were a week old, dry and stale
Sofia was very rude and disrespectful!
