Got the 6$ meal deal and half my hash browns were hard as a rock and inedible and my bagel sandwich was black around the edges and burnt. I think there toaster needs to be fixed. Very disappointed 😞
I go to this location when I have to work earlier than the other locations open and it is usually understaffed, but still the service and quality is ok for the situation. This morning I overlooked the odd wait for a mobile order and no line as the service was friendly and apologetic. Things happen, whatever. But I just sucked a piece of foam through my straw. I'm disgusted. I won't be going back.
Guy who takes the order is very rude I don’t trust this place to eat, I rather walk to the Dunkin’ Donuts across the street.
Bad experience asked for cup of water and wanted to pay for it and they refused to give it to me
