Hot macchiato was iced cold and the food from my mobile order was still not ready after 30 minutes. I tried to cancel at the counter and got ignored. The place was so disshelved and dirty, I didn’t want to eat anything coming from here. The lobby was full of disgruntled customers including customers coming in from the drive thru with incorrect orders. This place is so inconsistent…or maybe they’re just consistently bad. For every one order that’s good you get 4 or 5 not. You order an iced coffee with cream and caramel and it’s super dark, tastes like water, and you question if they forgot the caramel. Even after stirring. You order a sandwich and a donut and they almost always forget to give you the donut. This place needs new management.
The 2 girls working did amazing! But the manager on shift needs to find a new profession. When asked for help from his staff because they were drowning in orders he proceeded to tell them that it didn’t matter and went back to doing dishes. Then after being asked again he proceeded to ignore them and take the garbage out. I just want to say again the 2 staff that were working at 2pm did amazing!!
I waited 26 minutes for one drink and a box of Munchkins and it was not even busy
Went thru drive thru for couple coffees and donuts. The coffee was good and hot but the donuts lol are so absolutely small its ridiculous what you pay for them. Very disappointing on how shrink flation has hit Dunkin. Service was quick and friendly.
