The lady at the counter was really friendly and nice. She repeated the order back to me to confirm. The small coffee was made perfectly, and it was hot. It's $3 for a small hot coffee.
I work in the mall and I was there yesterday 10/9. It was an extremely busy day due to a Jewish holiday and there was only one person working in the store. I just wanna show some appreciation to her. I wish I knew her name. She was there by herself the entire time. The day was overwhelming, and she persevered. The drinks that we ordered came out in a reasonable manner given all the circumstances. A huge shout out to her and her service.

I ordered an iced tea recently and it came put looking more like water then tea. The guy next to me was coincidently arguing about the same exact thing. I decided to leave my tea there and just go as they decided they would not refund me, and would make an alternative drink. It's quite sad to see this establishment become piss poor. Their quality has dropped and their prices have gone up significantly. Another greedy capitalistic establishment more concerned with profiting off of you then serving the public.
