Really terrible customer service. The person made me wait while she took everyone else’s orders and even prepared other customers’ ice cream before making my coffee, even though it took less than 10 seconds to make. I was the first customer to order, but the last to receive my drink. Minimum 10 mins wait for a simple coffee. Very disappointing experience.
Good breakfast selection Uber Eats pick up breakfast and it’s there the employees are nice and order is ready :) I had posted a negative review before months ago but good job ladies for doing a great job :)
it took 20 minutes to get a latte when it wasn’t busy, and the workers were rude when we asked
