Everyone I know jokingly refers to this Dunkin as the “Dunkin Castle”. This place is fast. They are pleasant. My order is always correct. My drink is always consistent. My dog and I used to walk here multiple times a week and sit outside to enjoy our breakfast. We have since moved a few minutes away, but I often go out of my way to go here because I know my refresher is always going to have flavor. The Dunkin I grew up near was god awful and I actively avoid it now, so please know you are appreciated Dunkin Castle

This place is a joke anymore. Absolutely the worst service you will find. They CONSTANTLY screw up the order. Recently I did an online order. I checked the order at the window (because they always screw it up). I said I’m missing my donut. She said, well we don’t have any 😲. So you weren’t going to tell me and just let me leave without something I paid for. Today I did an online order. I go there and the drive through line wrapped the building. So I go to the doors. Hot coffee and iced coffee were both super watery. Not good
Dunkin' Donuts are not really very good Donuts. I was on a long drive from York, Pennsylvania to Middle Creek, Maryland and needed a little snack on the way home and a couple of donuts and a bottle of was adequate. I prefer Maple Donuts much more because they are a reputable company and their donuts are always fresh and tastes like they were just made as opposed to Dunkin' Donuts where their donuts taste like their processed through a machine.
