Today I went through the drive thru and was greeted with a happy voice. This is the first time in a very long time I met someone that seemed happy to be kind and pleasant at a fast food restaurant. When I arrived at the window I met Kay. She's the manager. I will be going here more now. I really hope Kay stays.
I haven't been to a baskin Robbins in years, but recently moved back to this area and have been having a craving for the reeses peanut butter sundae. So I ordered one. I wish I had gotten one! I'm not sure what this lady made me, but it was not even close to what I had ordered. Then on top of it, covered with it whip cream to the point where I couldn't see the ice cream, I wasn't in a position to watch her making it, so I had to take it on faith, she knew what she was doing.
