This drive thru is a joke. Employees are in no sense of urgency aren’t communicating to take orders or paying attention to orders whatsoever. We need a Tim Horton to show Dunkin how it’s done
No body to help they just talking
Very rude 2 guys working waited on ladies in front then both went to drive thru stood there over 10 minutes and they never come back
First off I would like to say that I work in customer service in the restaurant industry and I completely know how it is to work in the industry let me just state that first. This Dunkin' Donuts has the worst group of employees. Every time I come it's never a decent greet at the window and everybody has an attitude, there's no customer service they're always out of stuff and then want to be rude with you when you need a moment to figure out what else to order.
