Service was awful
Terrible decision. Service is so bad I will never go back I was the only car in drive thru but it took 20 min. Coffee taste is up to standers but not worth the wait. I do not recommend
Worst customer service I have ever had. Had a mobile pick up order they said pull up to the window and never came to the window. Then when I went in both of the ladies had a horrible attitude. All you have to do is acknowledge your customers. Do not go to this Dunkin management and corporate should be ashamed of themselves
20 minutes wait no other customers.
