Tried to get services. The kids you hire think they get paid to text and look at customers with a lost look. Great company
Don't expect a smooth experience at this location. There is always a long line of people waiting on orders. I've seen countless folks walk out after being ignored for 10+ mins. There's a 50/50 chance(I'm being generous) that your order will be done correctly. I had an issue where they did not provide the food I ordered and after an app chat, several emails and way too much wasted time they refused to resolve the issue properly (USD back for USD paid), all for 6 measly bucks after years of repeat orders. I only get two coffee cake muffins heated with no butter and they always do a good job with that great atmosphere
They're not the same anymore exchange a lot come 4:00 in the afternoon and they run out of everything don't get me started the service sucks too play playlist kids all this money to work there and they don't want to work or even put on a smile for you and half the time you get in your coffee cold
