Great drinks and service
Rude person at drive thru as we had ordered food inside with coffee and went thru drive thru to get a larger cup to pour coffee in as it was in a small cup poured much too full and way too hot. Difficult to drive and drink coffee the way it was served. Drive thru attendant wanted to charge $3.40 for an empty larger coffee cup. Common courtesy to a paying customer is to provide them what they need at minimal cost or free. We have owned businesses and would never treat our customers like that. Rude!
I just love when the donuts have basically water frosting on them and then just toss them into the bag face down. By the time you peel them out of the bag there is virtually zero frosting on them. Your hands are also covered in whatever frosting was previously on them from the inside of the bag. Could you not at least put them in a box so people don’t have to do this when the frosting isn’t solid? The workers at this location also like to hid in the back and ignore customers on the inside of the store every time I have been ... read more
