I will only give it one star. Went to the drive thru and ordered a coffee and after I place my order she said nothing. I waited and waited and waited until I said hello then she said pull up to the window and when I went to the window she put the coffee in the counter and kept looking at me. I'm waiting for her to tell me the price and she is just looking at me . After a couple of minutes I gave her the card and she gave me the coffee and receipt and SLAMMED the window. REALLY BAD SERVICE

Having a coffee place inside the mall is awesome. Not the greatest coffee but having that pick me up while you shop and walk around is good to have.

Hot chocolate didn't have anyyy flavor. It was basically hot water. They were wondering why we were still still there and I told them we were still waiting on a drink. She made it in less than 2 minutes, but the flavor was just off, which makes sense if you're just rushing to make something. I've only gone to this location once before, but why do they only have 2 people working the entire drive-thru, in-store, and online orders? They'd definitely have better ratings and reviews if they were more staffed.
