ZER0 STARS... This place is really bad. From customer service to the food. They dont listen. You wait forever with no one in the store because they have the only 2 people who work there are taking care of drive through customers first! The lady who seems to own it is EXTREMELY unprofessional and DISRESPECTFUL. They have no idea what customer service is. Nothing was made right, the grilled cheese was as hard as a rock, the sausage egg and cheese on a plain bagel I ordered was instead a bacon egg and cheese mind you that was absolutely cold and cheese wasn’t even melted, the coffee’s had absolutely no caramel in them. It was disgusting.
