Very disappointing experience at Dunkin’. The staff member old lady was difficult to communicate with and didn’t listen when I tried to explain my order, she has a really bad attitude .My coffee smelled burnt and tasted bad. The interaction felt frustrating and unprofessional. Definitely needs improvement in both service and drink quality.
I usually come here & theres no issues. Today was absolutely disappointing. Theres no one else here but me & the coffee was handed to me cold. I don’t even want the donut either. Stale as hell. Do better.
