Great Dunkin! Staff members today were very kind. The order was prepared quickly and correctly. After we began drinking our coffee, we asked to add syrup, and I offered to pay if it came with surcharges, but the barista added the syrup without hesitation and for free. The coffee shop was very clean. There is a unisex bathroom, also very clean. The restaurant itself is small. There are only 3 tables. No drive through. We'll come again when we are in the area. If i could give this 0 stars I would. Store was filthy. Took over 15 minutes for a large mocha iced latte & a medium hot. The “latte” was a cup of milk with whip cream on top. I order this drink DAILY. When i asked the employee to remake it, he looked at me like i was crazy and said “so like, you want more coffee in it?” I walked away infuriated. Save your time, money & patience, and go ANYWHERE with else.
This location has totally gone downhill. One day they had no hot chocolate, no muffins, etc.
