charlie is one of the most disrespectful human beings i’ve ever interacted with. i truly hope she’s not a higher up, because if she is i feel truly bad for her associates.
Had issues with Uber order didn't have donuts with order I had to come all the way back to make order right. The customer had issues before with them missing donuts. I tried to talk to lady and she ignored me and kept walking away and giving attitude.
Went this afternoon and was helped by 2 lovely girls. Got an iced caramel latte and light pineapple refresher, both of which were great. One of the best locations I’ve been to for sure!
There is a very adorable and sweet lady working there. Her name is Lin. If you see Lin, smile and say hi. She deserves it. She’s a special kind of sweet. 5/5
