UPDATE: Don’t bother contacting corporate. They say that the franchise owner or representative will contact you and then they never do. The morning manager is completely rude. Has an attitude and treats customers poorly. I went to this location to pick up an UberEats order. When I went inside, a girl asked me if she could help me and I told her I was there to pick up an order and I gave her the name and the manager said “it’s not ready” with an attitude. So I said, can I not wait for it? And then she told me to get out of her store and not come back
My daughter and I bought single dip lemon custard cones. The cones were very stale, ruining the treat. I tried several times to call the store, but no one ever answers the phone. It just rings until the answering machine picks up each and every time. I've left several messages asking for someone to call me back. But no one ever did. They either hate their job, the customers, or themselves. Which? I don't know.
The store manager is so pleasant and assisted me with placing my order for the event I was hosting. I also truly appreciated the donation that she made to our community event “Pups & Pancakes”. This location is super clean and all the donuts and coffee were fresh. The staff was super friendly at pickup. I will definitely return to this location.
