I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service I received this morning around 7:30 AM. I asked the drive thru employee how the 9/29 promotion worked because I was genuinely confused by the wording in the Dunkin’ app. She immediately gave me an attitude and initially told me that she didn’t know of any promotions happening today.
