I arrived at this location at 8:38am on Thursday, October 30, 2025. There was another customer in front of me still waiting to have his order taken. There were about 5-6 people working at the time I visited this location. The customer that was in line before me didnt get his order taken until 8:43am. The drive thru line was to the middle of the parking lot and it seemed as though the workers were deliberately ignoring in store customers to crank out drive thru and on the go orders. October 18th 2025 2:58PM. Young African American woman with the fake red weave, horrible customer service. Horrible attitude horrible energy. Other employee, young white lady who worked the front register, great energy and attitude, great customer service. This review is written by a black man by the way. Manager needs to teach that black employee how to interact with customers.
It's one thing to be a little bit black around the edges but they weren't busy and it was served to us like this we didn't notice till we're already 5 minutes down the road and on our way to an appointment this is absolutely infuriating
Got to love their hot coffees.
