Ordered a frozen coffee with oak milk because my wife is lactose intolerant. It said oat milk on the sticker but apparently following a simple order with literally three steps is too much to ask. The drink was watery and barely frozen, but we have other things to do today and shouldn't have to do your job. My wife always takes a lactaid pill as a precaution but even with that, she's now spending the afternoon in discomfort because of this place.
I have been here almost every morning for coffee.The very young person at the window said she promised she was not going to say what she said about me when I drove through the drive thru.It felt like I was being trashed or berated in some way.It was unbelievably rude and I will no longer go to this store.
This location needs assistance. There is always a long wait and some part of our order is incorrect. This visit they ran out of hot coffee, and not during rush time
Dunkin' is always a great place to go anytime you're looking for a quick coffee fix or breakfast sandwich fix. I always love getting the vanilla cream and Boston cream donuts. The staff are usually very accommodating and smiley and easy to talk to. The drive-thru experience is usually very fast, and I would recommend going to Dunkin' anytime you're looking for that breakfast, coffee, quick fix in Waterville, Maine.
