I would once call this location, my favorite one in the area, but as certain workers left the quality in customer service as well as Food and drinks have went down the drain. Not sure what’s going on at the store but when you have 5 or more employees leave in less than a month, you really have to look at yourself. I got food there recently and didn’t open it until I went home. It was missing the extra bacon , but I did get a nice blonde hair in it and my egg bites were cold . Ordered a frozen coffee with oak milk because my wife is lactose intolerant. It said oat milk on the sticker but apparently following a simple order with literally three steps is too much to ask. The drink was watery and barely frozen, but we have other things to do today and shouldn't have to do your job. My wife always takes a lactaid pill as a precaution but even with that, she's now spending the afternoon in discomfort because of this place.
