Place on bottom of Hoosick street is the worse attitude ya can find and the coffee usually has grounds in it. If it wasn't the only one around I would go to a different spot. Sucks to be poor and only afford dunkin. I keep trying but the joke is on me. It will never get better.
As someone who has worked food service, I can say its stressful, but its ultimately not hard to do things right. It is arguable easier to follow the recipes and processes set forward by management. Unfortunately, some franchises are run worse than others. And this is by far the worst dunkin in the area. The morning staff are rude, never get orders right, are arduously slow with creating even the easiest orders, and make fun of you to your face when you ask them to make it right. Drive through. Ordered munchkins but they were sold out of donuts and other menu items and couldn't replace my order with another item.
