I don't know how many times I've gone in this establishment with one maybe two customers in front of me stand there for 12 to 15 minutes to find out that it's still 10 minutes because they have all these to go orders. This place is absolutely insists on continuously disrespects the locals. It's a shame the other employees don't know to help.
Love this place. The one in Whitefield is like our second home, the staff is super friendly and they know your name and your order. They keep the place clean and they come and interact with their customers. They treat you like family not just a customer. This is a very friendly atmosphere and although sometime they are short staffed and it goes slow they don't get frustrated with you or show you that they are frustrated.
How many times am I gunna hear my coffee is “diabetes in a cup” ? Absolutely appalled… i’ve actually complained to this specific Dunkin Donuts about another Dunkin’ Donuts that had made a similar comment and was apologized to and given a gift card for it only happen there too?! How insane and judgmental can people be over a coffee? Absolutely am done going here !
