Excellent service! Marilyn went above and beyond to make my visit a great experience. She was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind from the moment I walked in. My order was prepared quickly and exactly as requested, and her positive attitude made my day. It’s rare to find customer service this good, and Marilyn truly deserves recognition. Dunkin’ is fortunate to have such an outstanding employee. I’ll definitely be coming back!
I’ve visited this Dunkin’ a few times, and I’ve always had a great experience. The staff is always so friendly, and they’re always asking if I’d like a doughnut—I always do!
Awesome staff. Particularly one cashier who is always so kind to me! I travel a lot for work and today my coffee was made wrong. I was almost nervous to go back and ask for a new one because in my experience people get annoyed with you for asking. This cashier was so so nice and immediately said “no don’t feel bad we want to make it right.” She even asked me to take a sip to make sure it was made right the second time!
Charged me a dollar for flavored syrup. I knew something was fishy when the app wouldn't let me use my points.
