The drive thru is the slowest ever.
This Dunkin used to be nice and we preferred it to Starbucks, but over the last year or so it has gone downhill like crazy. Long wait times, constant wrong orders, hot drinks that are delivered cold as ice, and the workers look like they have no idea what they are doing. Advice for management: step it up, hire competent people, pay more if you have to. I'd gladly pay a little bit more for actually good service. Otherwise, there's no point coming back here.
The past few times I’ve been to the location on main street they’ve looked like chickens running around with their heads cut off. Lots of people running around but no one taking orders at the counter. Long line of people waiting for drinks and sandwiches and one person behind the counter looking for a lost latte. It’s sad when both locations in Spring Hill have the same issues so you have to go out of Spring Hill to get better service. I love Dunkin coffee but it’s not worth testing my patience.
