This Dunkin is better than most. They put more frosting on their vanilla & strawberry frosted donuts. Their blueberry donuts are good but the pumpkin donuts are a bit dry. They definitely got my butter pecan coffee correct with a generous amount of sweetener. The multigrain bagel was slighly burned for my egg & cheese but I used a bunch of ketchup to nullify it.
I love coming here. The store is clean. The young black man is very professional, knowledgeable,understanding, patient, and polite. I love customer service like this. Free parking lot and good coffee!
I agree with the last few reviews. There was a tall employee with locks/dreads exhibiting behavior inappropriate to a fellow employee and being a bit condescending to her. I dismissed what I saw, and asked for a Medium Carmel Latte with less ice and add regular coffee than milk. His response was they don't accommodate that request. I've been to plenty of DD's and not one DD made it an issue. After trying to reason with him, his shocking response was "Every DD operates differently.
