I will no longer support this location. I had a poor experience because of the manager on duty on 7/2/25 at 7:56 am. It seemed her only goal was to escalate the situation and try to intimidate me. Her unprofessional behavior was highly inappropriate, especially with the young children around. This manager needs to be in a position where she does not interact with customers.
Stopped by Dunkin’ for a quick pick-me-up and had the pleasure of being helped by Nick. Super friendly, fast, and made sure everything was just right. Drinks were great, donut was fresh, and service was on point. Thanks, Nick—keep doing your thing!
Unfortunately, my experience working at Dunkin’ Donuts was disappointing and fell far below professional expectations. From the start, the training process was inadequate. I received minimal guidance, and there was little to no effort made to properly teach new employees the necessary procedures or standards expected for food safety and customer service.
