Honestly, i loved this place before they hired only teenagers. The service is TERRIBLE, always missing an item, the employees are rude. Everytime i order they always give me my item messy as hell with cream cheese all over the wrapper, or avocado all over it. They are so lazy and cant make food right when i order avocado toast they legit put no avocado on my toast nor bacon when i payed extra.. The staff is SO UNTRAINED its genuinely horrible. Everyone at this location cannot do their job.
Just a quick edit , my previous review included some wrong names… my reference to creating a customer friendly atmosphere in this store includes Chelsea, Brandy and Mia! Take a moment to rethink your interactions with customers Jennifer.
I love the Café con leche at this store!!! The service is always excellent!
I will no longer support this location. I had a poor experience because of the manager on duty on 7/2/25 at 7:56 am. It seemed her only goal was to escalate the situation and try to intimidate me. Her unprofessional behavior was highly inappropriate, especially with the young children around. This manager needs to be in a position where she does not interact with customers.
