This is probably the worst Dunkin' Donuts I have ever been too. Food and drinks are never done in time even when you place an order a head of time. They are always messing up the orders. The food brought out is always rushed and looks a mess. Horrible
Been a customer here for 10 years and they have a "manager" apparently named Ahmed, who cant seem to give me a refund on my order when they dont have it in stock. he tries to give me another item which i prefer not to take because I dont want it and he just keeps refusing to give me a refund which their employees and owner have given me a refund before.
