Store manger Frances is very rude! She was rushing us refused to take my rewards! & when she was confronted regarding her customer she laughed as and said she is the store manager. For a store manger she needs to work on her customer service skills!
I find it telling that they would open this location next to an established local favorite, as if they were going to take their business! Sitting in line at Coffee Times on a Sunday and the parking lot is full. I actually had to see if this Dunkin was open! Do yourself a favor and go nextdoor, there's a reason we wait in line!
Ordered a dozen donuts and they completely ignored the donut choices and put whatever they wanted in the box. Very disappointing. Will never order from here again.
This is the second time I stop in the morning to buy donuts and they don’t have hot coffee. How does this place not have hot coffee to go? Like I said second time? 5 am no hot coffee. I will not waste my time here again.
