False advertisement does not open at 4
The customer service experience was rather unsatisfactory. The gentleman at the register was not particularly friendly. He placed our donuts in a bag instead of a box, which unfortunately resulted in the cream-filled donuts being crushed. It was quite a disappointing experience, and we hope for an improvement in service.
I showed up to this place on my way to work 37 minutes after they claimed to be open and found that nobody was there to answer drive through or even unlock the door. When i tried calling the place woman in charge only looked at the phone and then walked away. If you own this franchise, you should fire this woman to replace her with someone who actually understands and holds to your open hours and who isn’t slacking off.
Davion is a very helpful and attentive young man.
The staff here is amazing! Not a very busy location so you get your coffe quick
