I was ordering donuts on Doordash but sour cream donuts are not listed on the app. So I called the store to see what they would listed as and Brittany answered and said that if I select 'surprise me' she will make sure to add in the sour cream donuts. Most amazing customer service I've ever received. She was so friendly!!!!
I specifically ordered a large matcha latte with less ice and less foam, yet what I received had a thick layer of foam and wasn’t even filled properly to the top. When a customer requests less ice, the drink should be compensated with more milk — not replaced with foam. This is unacceptable, especially when paying for a large size. Customizations are requested for a reason, and they should be followed accurately. Very disappointing experience.
I'm here way too much. Good service and friendly staff in the mornings.
Half of my sandwich is burnt to hell.
