I am beyond over the customer service for the last few months. Just tried calling because obviously I will not be able to eat this. This food chain is over priced for the limited options. I come here daily and I will be taking my business somewhere else.
Dunkin' donuts Englewood always a pleasant experience
I noticed there was no line when I went which was confusing since dunkin is usually popular. I also noticed 2 workers running around the parking lot. Ordered and got an offer for a free donut which was nice. I got 3 things including the free donut. One iced chai and stuffed bagel bites. Paid and received my donut but got told to pull up for my drink, weird when nobody else was in line. Received my drink then asked about my bites, was told they’re “working on it in the kitchen”.
