This store used to be one of the best. Orders were consistent, and wait times were minimal. You could see the employees thrive as a team under the leadership of a manager (white female). Lately, it has gone downhill. I either wait 20 mins in the drive thru or wait in the store ignored for 25 mins for a single coffee I pre-ordered on the app. I’m not one of those complicated oat milk, caramel nonsense with xtra whip customers. For the first time, I decided to visit Englewood location, as it's not far away from my house, and surprised that their croissant with sausage egg and cheese smelt like Clorox, especially eggs, seems like they have been fried on clorox covered pans. For food I gave 1 star just for this reason, service is fast but did not give us at least one napkin. The atmosphere looks friendly, not busy but girls need to smile , that is why 4 stars. But management really needs to check those pans for any outdoor smell. It's disgusting 🤢.
This Dunkin’ Donuts was pretty good when they opened a few years back, but recently they’ve been extremely inconsistent. The coffee I got was beyond bitter and burnt tasting, to which I didn’t really care much because they’ve usually inconsistent with their drinks. But the food? It tasted like mop water. It tasted like they washed the food cooking dishes, but didn’t rinse? I’m not sure. Very disgusting.
