Remind me again why I never go to Dunkin' Donuts. Staff was awful
This location sucks. $40 and nothing right or good in the entire order. And paid extra for bacon.
Came last night the coffee was terrible I immediately threw it out and was outta what I ordered didn’t even offer me no substitutions and is impossible to get refund through app
Walked into this location today and was the only customer in the store. Two employees were behind the counter, but after waiting about 10 minutes no one acknowledged me or even said hello. They were moving around doing other things but completely ignored the customer standing at the counter. Basic customer service starts with acknowledging someone and letting them know you’ll be with them shortly. This location clearly needs better training and management attention.
