Every time I order DoorDash from this location they always mess it up or forget something. Couple weeks ago I ordered some food and a coolata. When it was delivered my drink wasn't in there. I called, a guy answered and told me he had made the drink and just forgot to add it to the bag. Okay. I ended up walking there myself and grabbing it. Wrnt today very rude people and the manager thought it was funny to get bad reviews never again will I go to that dunkins they screwed up the coffee order and not cream in the Boston cream donuts need to reorganize your people and get them trained better especially not to intrupt a customer who was trying to fix what they messed up like I said never again would like someone get back to me not the manager but maybe the ower
Absolute worst Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been to. I never even get Dunkin Donuts but on that rare occasion that I have an iced coffee craving, I take the gamble and grab one in town since it’s the only one nearby. Terrible every single time. Today I waited in the car line for at least 20 minutes and then the window for at least 15 with no acknowledgement of my existence or an explanation or anything. Unreal!
