Food is just like any other Dunkin, wich isn't a bad thing. But they definitely need work on customer service. Recently they got a new kiosk to order from. Very similar to what mcdonald's uses. Simple and effective. The issue is this, THEY ONLY WANT YOU TO USE THE KIOSK so good luck using cash and expect you to know when your order is ready without telling you. I order a Boston cream donut, and it came out looking ABSOLUTELY Un-edible I am disgusted and disappointed in this establishment. They, as workers, should know that this is totally unpresentable, and to think that they grabbed the doughnut out of the case, looked at it and put it in a bag, knowing that it looked like this is embarrassing.
I just had a terrible service experience at Dunkin Donuts. The cashier and server both were rude and didn't listen to customers' requests properly.
