So Ive gone to this location last year with no issues. The young ladies who take my order are always amazing& patient. This school year on 3 separate occasions the young man at the window was unpleasant to the point I almost gaslight myself for his attitude. Today when i got to the window, i waited for him to greet me (which he did not) but instead after 45 seconds told me “are you waiting for the total?” which i replied with HELLO, GOODMORNING . This Dunkin always gets our iced pumpkin sugar cookie drink wrong and when we told the person taking our order they said we get what we paid for
They don't follow the rules on promotions
Munchkins are old and crumbling. Attitudes are bad when you complain. I order butter for bagels and charged, always get cream cheeze. Continuously want you to drive back from park forest to get correct order
