Employees don't pay attention to what you say when you order, don't let you know when they bring your order to the pick area of the counter when your back is turned and don't say, thank you, you're welcome, have a nice day. They just ignore you and stand in the corner on their phones. Customer service is obviously not a priority here.
I'm a bit upset with this Dunkin because The last two times I went there I ordered the sourdough breakfast sandwich and two times in a row. They only gave me one meat patty and they're supposed to be two. I was not happy. I could see a mistake once but 2 days in a row? It seems they are doing shady things there and I don't like it.
