Service is slow and unfriendly. I waited almost 5 minutes for someone to even acknowledge I was standing there, after trying to get their attention. There was one person waiting for food ahead of me that had already ordered and one person at the drive thru at 10:30am on a Tuesday so it wasn’t crazy busy. There were also four people working behind the counter. Employees are super rude waiting for my food for 10 mins my coffee wasn’t filled all the way up! This is just a horrible establishment! And to be right downtown with all these problems is crazy
Looked like they were on the way to close the business. Express machine was broken.
(Under staffed, 1/2hour waits) Asked my name I never said my name in a drive thru order. I got an attitude from the other worker in the back for saying the order was wrong and got told I said something different when I didn't. So I repeated back what exactly happened and still faces. If you can't hear the person in the drive thru let them know and ask what was said. Also it's unstaffed with half hour wait times
