In general, I enjoy going to Dunkin Donuts. The Moncks Corner location however is a bit of a hot mess w/ noticeable systemic issues. I'd avoid this location and go to Essentials Coffee instead.
Normally, these guys are friendly and flexible in granting a request. I come here because it's my neighborhood DD and for the aforementioned reasons. However today, I ordered breakfast sandwiches for my entire family which included 3 breakfast wraps...the wraps come with bacon. I asked for the bacon on the side, but was told they can't do that. I have been stopping at this Dunkin’ location every morning (15235 Siesta Key Way, Rockville, MD 20850). Unfortunately, the service has consistently been unacceptable. Employees do not respect the order of arrival and routinely choose who to serve regardless of who came first. Today, I waited 11 minutes for a hot medium latte while several customers who arrived after me were served ahead of me. The staff here are absolutely lazy and rude as hell ! Every last one of them need to be fired !! Not to mention they are ALWAYS out of damn donuts !! I look for this place to shut down within two years ! Especially if they don’t hire better people !
My wife and I lived on the West Coast for the last eight years. We were excited to once again visit a Dunkin' location when we moved. Alas, things aren't what they used to be. This location frequently forgets things... full orders if more than one submitted and small things like cream cheese when ordering a bagel. Hey, nothing like a dry bagel and coffee! We may try other Dunkin' shops in the Burlington area, but chances are we're done with the brand all together. Consider the bubble burst.
I love my Dunkin in West Brookfield. The management is wonderful, Megan is the best!!! Katie is great, as are all the other the employees, especially working the morning shift. They are so accommodating every day I walk in and they have my coffee ready for me. Love them all!!

I wanna think Dunkin’ Donuts, even though they were closed at the time being a motorcyclist got stuck in the monsoon, parked in front of their doors to get out of the rain. A staff member came named Jessica. She was concerned for my well-being and asked if I was OK Even brought me paper towels to dry off.
