Ordered one sandwich on the app well in advance because I know it can be slow. When I walked in staff ignored me and refused to acknowledge me. Got tired of waiting and left without my order and 5$ wasted. This wasn’t even during rush hour there was only one other customer who was also waiting
World’s smallest doughnuts for the prices. I thought it was just a fluke at first, but they just kept getting smaller and smaller
I treat a visit to this specific dunkin like a trip. I make sure i have gas, a book to read, vacation day available, etc. Expect to wait at least 30 mins at drive thru on weekends. I go every other weekend and same thing each time. Edit 2024, inside takes just as long if not longer now. Its like they rather do drivethru orders than get people sitting inside complainin about a 30 min hash brown wait. 2026 update. Its getting better. Maybe 5 min wait now.
Online hours state that this place opens at 4am however the employees said they were closed and it was 6am on a Tuesday.
