This place is great. I go out of my way to specifically visit this Dunkin. The service and food is consistently great and the staff is nice.
Very disappointed with my experience. Erica was rude, unhappy, and had a hard time following basic instructions. I just wanted my croissant heated up and I got a cold croissant instead. Will be taking my buisness elsewhere.
erica is one of the most rudest people i’ve ever encountered in my life. didn’t put half the order in the bag and got defensive when she realized she was wrong, then basically threw the bag at our face and said have a nice day and slammed the window shut. not the first encounter with a rude employee at this location. ALWAYS have missing food and have to double check the bag before driving off and employees have attitudes and are very very rude.
Mobile order drive-thru ordered a total of 5 drinks, 2 of those drinks were coffees and not prepared correctly no cold foam, pumpkin syrup or almond milk just watered down cold brew the other drink 2 shots of espresso with ice no pumpkin syrup and a splash of oat milk. One of the refreshers was not correct instead of going through the drive-thru I decided to go inside and just order another drink I ordered a "mix your own refresher" w/ blueberry breeze and mango pineapple was given a mango pineapple by itself.
