Each time i’ve come to this location, it’s been the best compared to the surrounding locations within a 50mi radius. Drive thru gets busy so plan a couple extra minutes on your order being ready but overall, my food is always good, coffee has always been perfect, and i always have received nice customer service from the drive thru. My drink seems easy but for some reason about half of the locations i go to mess something up in it, meanwhile this location every single time has gotten it perfect. Really good tea and location people were so nice
Food is usually pretty good, but Coffee is hit or miss. Missing ingredients in drinks, or less of the ingredients in your drink. Most times there is only one person up front trying to take orders, make orders, and help customers. When in the drive-thru area there is a hand of employees standing around, or all working on the one order. Would be more understanding if it wasn't for the fact that the line for drive-thru .was back up. That's way we went in .. and still seemed to wait a long time to get our order.
Not even worth it in the slightest you order from the kiosk and then you wait 20+ minutes to get your drink when you still haven’t gotten your drink, but every other Tom Dick and Harry has go up to the counter and ask is my drink coming and they just look absolutely bewildered have to search around and then find that your cup has been sitting there for the past 20 minutes halfway finish so now you are coffee, chai tea whatever you got is cold and gross if they are unable to manage kiosk and front of house orders they need to... read more
