On 06/01/2025, I placed an online order and double checked whether the store is open or not, and it said it's open on Google Maps as well as on the Dunkin app. However, at 5:27, I was outside the store trying to pick my order up and the doors were locked. I gestured to the lady working there and asked whether the store is closed and showed her my phone with the receipt, and her reaction to it was "I don't care 🤷♀️". Overall, a trashy experience.
Service for food is unbelievably slow at virtually all times of day. Employees seem to not care at all.
May 24 2025 At noon, I ordered donuts, and they only had two options. They gave me the wrong change, incomplete donuts, and they even gave me dirty looks when I asked for a correction. Terrible service.
