Dunkin' Donuts at 100 Congress Street. That's the worst place to go and order the staff no good Even if there nobody there online you have to wait a lot.
Very dirty place graffiti everywhere rude staff
Terrible customer service. There is no focus on inside customers, the only focus is on those that come thru the drive thru. I’m not going to stand around and wait for 5 mins to order 1 donut when y'all take multiple drive thru orders during that time.
