The worst in the area. Service for food is unbelievably slow at virtually all times of day. Location is understaffed, orders are 15 minutes late. When we show up to pick up, we have to yell at them to get their attention. Even then the order is not made. Employees seem to not care at all. Do better. Your mismanagement is preventing a business goldmine.

Worst Dunkin in the area. I work up the street and I don’t think I’ve ever waited less than 15 minutes for the drive thru. The staff is always new and not trained. Most things are made wrong or they lie about things due to inconvenience (I’ve worked at Dunkin before so I know). Most of the time there are only ever 2 people working to handle both the drive thru and in store purchases. Go to the one on Armory Street instead. At least they’re nice to you.
On 06/01/2025, I placed an online order and double checked whether the store is open or not, and it said it's open on Google Maps as well as on the Dunkin app. However, at 5:27, I was outside the store trying to pick my order up and the doors were locked. I gestured to the lady working there and asked whether the store is closed and showed her my phone with the receipt, and her reaction to it was "I don't care 🤷♀️". Overall, a trashy experience.
