I was in the drive through today, and overheard someone screaming through the store to the girl at the window. Something about stations and drive times, but I didn't see the woman anywhere. She went by the window a few times, she was blonde with glasses I think? But I'm appalled by that woman's actions. The girl in the window looked like she was going to cry. I've worked in food service for nearly half a decade. I have never seen another Dunkin' Donuts, or any other fast food style establishment, handle something like this. ... read more

Constantly messed up door dash orders
Quality has gone downhill. This morning I was served an espresso based drink that tasted like watered down milk foam with almost no coffee flavor, and I was not told there may have been an issue with the espresso machine. The service was also poor. For almost a $6 macchiato, this was really disappointing. This location has had consistent issues lately, which is frustrating because it used to be good.
Absolutely Terrible customer service. It’s mind blowing to me to me that the blonde with glasses still has a job for the amount of times I have witnessed her rude to a customer. Just because you are short staffed, do not take your frustrations or your attitude out on customers. Shame on Dunkin for allowing this to continue and in front of an entire lobby of guests. I have worked in restaurant management for 20+ years, I would never allow my staff to treat someone that way. Sorry, but no thank you, do better!
