I wanted to share my experience from this morning. I used my reward points to place an order at your location, but I was spoken to in a very upsetting way by the manager. She questioned why I was using points instead of spending money at that store. My understanding is that Dunkin’ rewards points can be used at any participating Dunkin’ location, whether near my work or my home. I felt disappointed by the way I was spoken to, as it came across with unnecessary anger. I would appreciate clarification on this policy. Thank you
