I ordered a bagel with turkey sausage cheese and eggs. Well, the bagel was so hard, you could have beaten someone with it. The rest of the food for the kids was ok.
I can't believe they don't make the donuts here on site! Basically everything is a day old (or more) and just thawing out on the racks?! There were flies in the donut case. Very off putting. Luckily what I ordered was off the rack. If it wasn't the only place to get donuts in town other than Circle K...
So now when you go to Dunkin if you ask for less ice you get a half cup of whatever you ordered per company policy. So I guess I won't be going back.
April needs to be removed from drive thru window. I’m a regular weekly customer and never have problems with anyone besides her. She’s always so rude & does not have friendly customer service. I always tried to give her the benefit of doubt of a few bad days but Today 9/12/2025 she literally threw my food & drink into my hands because she got my order wrong and I asked her to correct it. This is unacceptable.
