This Dunkin’ always does such a great job! Karen at the drive-thru truly makes my day every time I come through. She’s always so pleasant, kind, and upbeat. It’s the highlight of my morning. I actually drive a little extra just to come to this location, and Karen plays a big role in that. Thank you for always starting my day off right!
I love the Gloversville location! Drinks are always made to perfection. Very clean location with friendly staff.
every SINGLE time i order from this dunkin', my drink either tastes like lake water or they make it wrong. whenever i ask them to remake it bc it's just plain wrong, they give me attitude. i always try to be nice to fast food workers, bc as one myself i know how stressful it can be. however, making an order EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. is absolutely ridiculous. especially when all it is is a frozen coffee with 2 mocha swirl. how do u manage to mess that up? it's actually getting so ridiculous that i might just stop coming here and s... read more
