I ordered a muffin. & was given a hard old muffin. I’m paying for this..the least give me something decent to eat.
Upcharged my lg ice latte with caramel and whipped cream to a signature latte. Lied and said it was cheaper and would not have cinnamon. Refused due to cinnamon. Most whipped cream and cinnamon scraped off. New whipped added. Wouldn't remake. Drove to second Dunkin after demanding refund.
This A good place .I been going there for couple years….but lately I been going in the afternoon..and I notice a lot of flyes on the donuts hopely the owner pay lot of attention on that
