Stopped in for coffee this morning on my way to work. Was getting my usual order, a small cold brew black. Should be simple enough right? Well, one sip of this drink and it tastes like soap/some kind of cleaning chemicals. Such a strong taste it was undrinkable. It's really unfortunate the dive in quality that Dunkin has had for the past few years. I have also had soapy/chemical tasting drinks before at other Dunkins.
