Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Dunkin. Ordered through the app from about 5 minutes away. Arrived at store and waited approximately 20 minutes behind two other cars in line. Finally arrived at the speaker, told them I’d ordered through the app, and was told to pull forward. Sat in line approximately another 20 minutes until I arrived at the window.
