Every time I visit this location, there's an issue with my order. Most recently 530a i submitted a mobile order, I arrived to pick it up and the location is closed. Waited 15 min and still no one.
I had a really frustrating experience with Dunkin’. My drink was made incorrectly, and by the time I realized, I was already miles away. I called the store simply asking for a refund for the drink so I could grab a replacement at a closer location, but they refused and told me I had to drive all the way back. I explained that I was on a time crunch and had somewhere I needed to be, but they showed zero understanding or willingness to help. Probably the only consistent Dunkin I've ever been to. Staff seems pretty depressed though
It is 11 AM and they are completely out of all of their donuts. Not sure what is going on with this place.
