I had a really frustrating experience with Dunkin’. My drink was made incorrectly, and by the time I realized, I was already miles away. I called the store simply asking for a refund for the drink so I could grab a replacement at a closer location, but they refused and told me I had to drive all the way back. Probably the only consistent Dunkin I've ever been to. Staff seems pretty depressed though
It is 11 AM and they are completely out of all of their donuts. Not sure what is going on with this place.
Ask for a iced coffee with cream, sugar and mocha. The coffee had no sugar no mocha when I asked for him to add mocha he said it's in it. No it wasn't!! I'm tired of paying for something to have the person who is getting paid to do this job to be rude
