The employee working today was very sweet!
Absolutely the worst Dunkin' experience I've had. Be prepared to wait 10–15 minutes just to place your order, and then another 15 minutes or more just to receive a simple drink and a donut. Spending 30 minutes at a Dunkin' is completely unreasonable. The service is painfully slow, and there doesn't seem to be any urgency from the staff or management.
