Always good coffee but can't say the same about costumer service
The baristas here are always pleasant and helpful! Whether you order on the app or in person, everything comes out relatively quickly and coffee is always hot! ☕️ the dining area is well maintained and clean so if you prefer to stay and enjoy your coffee and/or meal, it's a nice place to do so.
This is honestly one of the worst Dunkins I've been at and it's not even the staff they're friendly, but the main issue is the service and how long they take to make the orders. After waiting just about 10 minutes for an iced caramel coffee with cold foam the coffee was far too bitter, there was hardly any cold foam in it at all and it was all around horrible.
I could not believe how filthy this Dunkin was! The bathroom was so bad. It absolutely hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The staff was rude and the wait was long (for a simple cup of coffee). I've honestly never seen any Dunkin location as bad as this one. Less than one star.
