Not the cleanest
8 people behind the counter just sitting around while I wait for the guy on front of me to place a ridiculous order for a full 10 minutes. Why do you even have a second register?
Poor management experience. The manager, James, is very rude and lacks understanding toward staff. He was completely unreasonable about someone being only 5 minutes late due to bad weather. Things like traffic and weather happen, and a good manager should know how to handle situations like that with basic respect. No professionalism or empathy at all. Update: wanted a small latte today. Got half a cup of latte. How hard is it to make a small cup of coffee? This place can’t seem to figure out how to toast a bagel if their life depended on it. 3rd time this month this was the “toasted bagel” I received.
If you like terrible coffee with grounds in it, this is the place to go. Order ahead with the app and still have to wait at least 10 mins
