My food is always made nicely
I asked for no ice in my drink and they said "due to company policy" they had to put ice in my drink? Never had that problem before. And if that's actually a policy, it needs to change. I have sensitive teeth. Not to mention they didn't even fill the cup all the way nor did they mix my drink so there's just a bunch of matcha powder at the bottom. Gross. And our bagels are burnt. Also gross.
Service & people are always friendly! However, this is the second day in a row where my Large matcha was only 60% full. This is what Dunkin on 250 does & idk if some employees transferred but they need to go back lol. Claremont always has done me right but my mini bagel bites were FROZEN in the middle & my matcha was the size of a small. Disappointed. I’m a regular & hate to throw shade in public but you gotta know this isn’t right AT ALL.
