I love this place. My order is always right and I never have an issue with the staff as they’re always friendly and respectful. However, I noticed ever since this black lady with braids (usually in a ponytail or such) started working there, she has made the experience a lot less pleasant. She is very rude and quite literally never smiles or says any friendly words. It’s almost as if she hates the customers for something that went wrong in her life.
