They refused to let me use the restroom, claiming someone forgot the key inside, but I saw a male employee using the women’s restroom. I just needed to change a diaper, and they still said no. Turns out they don’t even have a diaper changing station. Dunkin’ should really inspect this location if they care about customer service.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this Dunkin’ location today. I ordered a matcha latte, but was given a regular latte instead. When I calmly informed the staff member, (an Indian woman who could barely speak English), that the order was incorrect, she became extremely rude and defensive—raising her voice and telling me it was my problem, not hers.
