The ladies that work the Sunday closing shift are the best people ever, they make my day every time! They should have extreme recognition from management and or owner, they have great employees and are the sole reason I’m a consistent customer!
They literally robbed me of a dollar. The cashier was wildly overwhelmed. The cook didnt dpeak a single word of English which isnt the end of the world but it felt.like he was pretending to. There was a mistake on my order. I told him how I would like it fixed and thanked him. He took my sandwich back stared at it for more than a minute then went to the cashier to ask for help while trying to explain to the cashier that I would like a fresh sandwich he said the cook needs to be spoken to a certain. On Friday, January 30, 2026 at about 6:20 PM, I went through the drive-through and ordered a medium hot coffee with six sugars and cream. I just wanted to take a moment to say that that was probably the best hot cup of coffee that I’ve ever had from Dunkin’ Donuts. To top it off, the young lady who distributed the order to me was quick, pleasant, and polite. Often times, people post negative feedback when they have a negative experience.
