Not thrilled with this Dunkin'. And I visit quite a few in many different places in MD, PA, DE, VA, etc. While the staff was friendly and hard-working they seemed overwhelmed by the drive thru traffic. They were short staffed and had multiple staff in training. I was not greeted or even acknowledged at the order counter. I had to make myself known after a considerable wait.
