Bad service twice now. Terrible. I was charged $2.99 for one donut. I tried talking to The cashier about how loud the intercom was. But she wasn’t listening just kept talking over me. They barely can speak English. It’s frustrating. Don’t recommend this location. Go to another one.
Been to this Dunkin location many times and my order always seems to be given to me incorrectly no matter how clear I state myself and always have to double check my order before leaving. I shouldn't have to do that all the time, but I have no other choice at times because this is the only location closest to my work.
I only go for coffee and donuts 🍩. The only drawback this week is their parking lot is being paved.
At approximately 6:55 AM, I went through the drive-thru and ordered a turkey sausage, egg, and cheese croissant. When I arrived at work and began eating my sandwich, I was shocked to discover a piece of wrapper inside it. I immediately took photos and discarded the sandwich. Unfortunately, due to being at work, I was unable to return to Dunkin' Donuts in person. I did attempt to call twice but received no answer.
