Went through drive-thru. Service was quick and coffee (iced shakin espresso and frozen psl) was good. BUT our food was cold!! I understand that the food is made beforehand and warmed up but the ham in my croissant still felt frozen! The sausage in my husband's wrap also felt ice-cold. Will not be going back anytime soon.
Ordered hot matcha and got cold, ordered medium pumkin spiced latte and got a small one and not even warm. Worst service
Slowest location ever. Never will be back
