Hate yo make one star reviews but, its hasn't been the first time that this happened to me, on my way to work I sometimes stop and grab some coffee and a bite so I can have some breakfast and when I get to work and I open my order or I look at my coffee there's always something wrong, this time i have to let you guys know that you been messing my last thee orders and running my first mesl of the day, i tried to called to let you know about the mistake and see if i can stop by later and get a new one but nobody answered the p... read more
Some of the folks that work here have serious issues… Customer service definitely needs improvement!
Morning staff was very friendly and got my order out quickly and efficiently.
The manager and employees were incredibly rude. They did not even give us the right order did not give us our full order and were incredibly rude when we were trying to get things figured out. I promise you, you want to go to a different location.
Asked for a Decaf in the drive-thru and got a caffeinated one instead. Tried to explain to them but only received arguments and rejection unless I repaid. If they can’t understand you at the drive thru, you are screwed. Go elsewhere for better customer service.
