I came in to get a coffee this morning and the place was jammed packed. All the workers seemed to be high school kids. It was awesome to see so many young kids working hard on a Sunday morning to get everyone out the door and on their way. I was in there for ten minutes and all the young kids were very polite and respectful of all the customers. I went to Dunkin this morning with my husband and we were STUNNED at the way both (im guessing managers) were treating the young workers there. The workers were running around busting their butts and the managers were yelling and complaining about the workers and degrading them. The one manager with a bun might have well have called them all stupid which is absolutely unacceptable. I am a father of a child that works there and my wife and I have spoken with them about leaving after we heard how the managers Michelle Lemaster & Angelica Jones have been treating hard working KIDS. My child doesn’t want to because they have a strong work ethic and say they can handle it. This isn’t a conversation I should be having with them. I visited today at 12:45 pm today (7/24). After walking in the empty store, I stood at the register for about 4 minutes waiting. There was no sound from the back of the store and I assumed they may be outside in the back. I finally yelled "hello" loudly so someone would hear. I was surprised when two girls popped out from a dark space from the wall behind me at the front of the store.
